We are looking for extraordinary engineering talents to join. As one of the first 10 people of the venture, you will have a unique opportunity to work with an extremely dynamic start-up team to reshape one of the most profitable vertical ecommerce markets through innovative product concept and technology. The founders are young yet experienced entrepreneurs, who had successfully built and sold an Internet start-up company in the past, backed by an angel investing group, who are all well established and respected industry leaders. The team is currently based in Shanghai, but is also open for the idea of having engineers working remotely.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Extensive knowledge and experience on Linux and LAMP. Strong PHP and MySQL coding skills.
- Familiar with HTML/CSS/ECMAScript.
- Knowledge on C#/.Net/SQL Server as a plus (not required).
- Bachelor's degree or above on computer science or related fields. Exceptions can be made, if the candidate demonstrates extraordinary capability.
- English skill is required for daily communication and technical problem solving.
Senior Software Engineer
- More than 2-year full-time working experience for senior engineering position. Engineering Lead/Manager
- More than 2-year full-time working experience.
- Team management experience – previous experience in managing development team with more than 5 engineers.
- Leadership potential – good communication skills and emotional maturity; willing to mentoring team members.
- Architectural excellence – know how to design a large scale system right.
- Process management skill – know how to manage schedule, quality, and tradeoffs; full-product-cycle shipping experience.
- Based in Shanghai or can move to Shanghai.
CTO/VP Engineering
While the founders are with extensive engineering background ourselves, we are still looking for an extraordinary individual to be a senior partner of the founding team, as CTO/VP Engineering in order to seed the company with the right DNA to scale up easily in the future. We believe this is an extremely intriguing position, but we also have very high expectation, including:
- More than 5-year full-time working experience.
- Team management experience – previous experience as CTO, VP of engineering, engineering director, or engineering manager with a team of more than 15 engineers.
- Strong leadership – a proven leader who can build, coach, and motivate an accountable and effective engineering team end-to-end.
- Architectural excellence – extensive experience in designing large scale systems.
- Engineering operation management – can think of engineering operation as a whole, from resource to process, from quality to innovation.
- Strategic mind – be able to work with other senior leaders of the company to define and refine the company strategy.
- Cultural fit – open and direct communication style, willing to disagree and also willing to listen and to learn.
- Based in Shanghai or can move to Shanghai.
PHP/MYSQL开发工程师 (全职/兼职) 2人

- 了解C#/.NET/SQL Server则更佳。

嵌入式系统/移动终端开发工程师 (全职/兼职) 2人
职位要求：
- 对新行业报有极大的热情和激情，执行力强，充满灵感。
- 对电子、嵌入式系统（含Linux和RTOS）、Java开发有经验者，有作品者优先。
- 计算机、电子工程专业本科或研究生在读，能力十分突出者可不要求学历。
- 有强悍的逻辑思维能力和学习能力，能够独立思考、归纳需求并按需完成任务。
- 熟悉LINUX操作系统及其开发工具和流程，熟悉用户终端开发平台，专业的C/C++/Java编程能力。
- 熟悉主流消费电子平台如Windows Mobile, Windows XP Embedded的开发。
- 对于新平台和替代性平台如iPhone/iPod/PSP/Android的了解、快速适应性和应用移植能力。
- 对于嵌入式硬件平台的了解如ARM9/ARM11等
- 了解网络协议和2.5G/3G移动网络接入方式。
- 了解项目管理和文档管理则更佳。
